The Twin-CAT-3 has 2 powerful motors and a choice of core holders for versatility. Each spindle can rewind or unwind. The torque and direction on each spindle is controlled independently. An External Halt Control allows you to Stop and Start the TWIN-CAT-3 with a foot switch, a pre-set label counter or other external device. Good for wind-in/wind-out applications. ~Reverse the order of serialized labels. ~Rewind labels onto a different core size. With 2 universal adjustable core holders you can unwind from any diameter core and rewind onto any diameter core within the range of 1″ to 4″. ~Add the label inspection option to create a stand-alone inspection station. ~Add a label counter. ~Wind small rolls of labels from larger ones. ~Set up an in-line slitting operation with an S-100 or S-200 slitter. ~All models operate as speeds up to 30 ips. ~Each spindle allows roll diameters up to 8.6″. ~Universal Power supply.
